Heather Ramey Haley, MD

Dr. Heather Haley is a board-certified dermatologist. She specializes in skin cancer prevention and treatment, as well as minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. She is experienced in surgical and non-surgical skin-cancer therapies, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of skin abnormalities, including rosacea and acne.
Because of her extensive experience in cosmetic dermatology, patients seek her advice and treatment on a variety of anti-aging procedures. Dr. Haley specializes in Botox Cosmetic, dermal fillers, and care of sun damaged skin. Patients enjoy the extra time she spends on counseling and educating them about their options.
Dr. Haley was born and raised in Waynesboro, MS. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama in 1992 with a BS in Microbiology. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and numerous academic honorary organizations.
She received her MD from The University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham in 1998. Dr. Haley finished in the top 20 of her medical school class and was of member of the AOA Medical Honor Society. She completed her residency in Dermatology at the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 2003. After residency, she moved to Fairhope to open Haley Dermatology in October 2003. Dr. Haley is married to her husband, Chris, and has 3 children.
She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Women’s Dermatologic Society and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgeons.
H. Harris Reynolds, MD
Board-Certified Dermatologist
Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon
Dr. H. Harris Reynolds is a board-certified dermatologist, fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, and a United States military veteran. He specializes in skin cancer treatment, including Mohs micrographic surgery, management of patients at high risk for skin cancers including transplant and immunosuppressed patients, and excision of benign lesions. Additionally, Dr. Reynolds performs cosmetic treatments for skin rejuvenation including laser resurfacings, neurotoxins, fillers and scar revisions.
Dr. Reynolds has received extensive training in the management and prevention of skin cancer, as well as the necessary techniques used to repair wounds after skin cancer removal. During your visit, Dr. Reynolds and his staff strive to provide each patient excellent care in a comfortable environment.
Dr. Reynolds graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a BS in Genetics. He received an MD from The University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham in 2013, graduating in the top 10% of his class. After serving in the military as a naval flight surgeon, Dr. Reynolds completed his residency in dermatology at the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 2021, followed by a fellowship in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology.
Bonnie Hodge, MD
BOARD-CERTIFIED DERMATOLOGIST
Dr. Bonnie Hodge is a board certified dermatologist originally from Meridian, Mississippi. She specializes in skin cancer detection and treatment, psoriasis, acne, and rosacea management, atopic dermatitis, and other inflammatory conditions, as well as more complex conditions such as autoimmune and bullous dermatoses, pigmentation disorders, vitiligo, and prurigo nodularis.
Dr. Hodge enjoys the ability to quickly make a diagnosis and form an effective treatment plan in which patients see lasting, visible results. Treating dermatologic concerns restores confidence, which incredibly rewards her as a physician. Whether clearing a patient’s psoriasis, facial rejuvenation with soft tissue filler, or excising skin cancer, she enjoys helping my patients feel restored. Her approach to patient care is efficient, thorough, and up-to-date. As a recent residency graduate, she has undergone extensive training in cutting-edge, evidence-based treatment strategies. She worked under several world-renowned experts in psoriasis, melanoma detection, alopecia, and pigmentary disorders and is excited to bring this expertise to the Fairhope area.
Dr. Hodge graduated with a degree in Biochemistry from Mississippi State University. She received an MD from the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Medicine and completed her dermatology residency at The University of Alabama, Birmingham.
Outside the office, you will find her enjoying life with her husband, Sonny, a sports medicine physician, and their son, Walker, alongside their canine companion named, Sipsey.
Erin E. Armstrong, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Erin Armstrong was raised throughout the United States and Europe as an “Army Brat”. She graduated from high school in Savannah, Georgia and went on to receive a BS in Biology from The University of Georgia. After graduating from UGA in 1998, she attended The University of South Alabama where she obtained her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies, graduating at the top of her class.
Erin has worked in several specialties throughout her career, as a Physician Assistant, to include Asthma & Allergy, Cardiology, Emergency Medicine and Dermatology. Since joining Haley Dermatology Group, she has been a real asset. Our patients love her friendly bedside manner as well as her flexible schedule with very little wait time. Erin joined Haley Dermatology in 2009.
Erin lives in Lillian, Alabama with her husband Brian and their two sons.
Christin Rowe, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Christin Rowe grew up traveling around with her military family, but she now calls Daphne home. She and her husband, Jeremy, spend a great deal of time at sporting events with their 2 sons. She received her Bachelor of Science degree and Physician Assistant degree at the University of South Alabama in Mobile. Her PA career started in 2001 in the field of Cardiology. She spent 7 years working in Cardiology, before she found her true calling, Dermatology.
Since 2008, Christin has been focused on learning all she can about skin disorders and skin health. She loves taking care of her patients. They trust her and appreciate the quality care she gives them. Haley Dermatology was delighted that she decided to join our group in 2016. Christin enjoys taking care of children with rashes, teens with acne and adults with skin cancer. Whatever your skin care concerns, Christin will be happy to take of you and your family.
Aubrey Pugh
nurse practitioner
Aubrey was born and raised in Mobile, AL. She recently relocated from Mountain Brook, AL with her husband and two children. Aubrey graduated from The University of Alabama with her BSN and worked as an RN in the UAB trauma and burn unit. While working as a nurse she obtained her Master’s Degree to be a Nurse Practitioner from UAB. She worked there in Dermatology for 6 years before relocating to Fairhope. She is very excited to be back home and helping patients with their skincare needs.
Rachael Vogel, PA-C
Certified Physician assistant
Rachael Vogel, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology. Her journey into the field began in 2019 when she joined Haley Dermatology after completing her undergraduate degree at Pepperdine University and her graduate degree at Faulkner University. Since then, Rachael has been dedicated to providing personalized care to her patients, always striving for their utmost satisfaction and well-being. Rachael is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Physician Associates, the Alabama Society of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
From the outset, Rachael has been captivated by dermatology. She is passionate about treating a diverse range of dermatologic conditions, but what truly drives her is the opportunity to positively impact her patients’ lives. Whether addressing medical concerns or boosting confidence through skin health, Rachael is committed to making a meaningful difference.
Rachael believes in patient-centered care, prioritizing understanding individual needs. She takes the time to get to know her patients on a personal level and collaborates with them to tailor treatment plans that align with their goals. Rachael emphasizes patient education, empowering individuals to take control of their skin health journey.
Working with pediatric patients holds a special place in Rachael’s heart. Being able to address both children’s and parents’ concerns while contributing to their overall well-being is incredibly rewarding for her. Additionally, Rachael finds great satisfaction in treating acne in teens and young adults, recognizing the impact it can have on their self-esteem.
Sheree LaCoste, CRNP, DCNP
Nurse Practitioner
A native of Baldwin County, Sheree LaCoste brings years of dermatology experience to Haley Dermatology in Foley, Alabama. Sheree specializes in skin cancer detection and treatment, treatment of psoriasis, eczema, acne, rosacea, rashes and more. Additionally, she provides management of hair and nail disorders and pigment disorders. Sheree enjoys the aesthetic side of dermatology and helps her patients choose the best skin care and treatment options to look their very best.
As your provider of choice, Sheree genuinely cares for her patients and wants to make a positive impact on their life. She believes no one should have to suffer with a skin condition or be unhappy in their skin. She prides herself on developing meaningful and trusting relationships with her patients and will always ensure you leave feeling heard and confident in your care.
Sheree graduated from Troy University where she earned her bachelor’s in nursing. She furthered her education in 2011 at the University of South Alabama earning her master’s to become a nurse practitioner. Since 2019, she teaches future healthcare workers as an adjunct lecturer at the University of South Alabama Division of Medical Education.
Lori Carney
Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician
Lori Carney is a Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician. She has a bachelor degree from Georgia State University and worked as a flight attendant and then a sales consultant for several years. In 2014 she made a career change to pursue her dream of working in skin care. She attended Lurleen B Wallace Community College esthetics program then completed an internship with Haley Dermatology. Upon graduation, Lori was hired as an esthetician and continues to increase her knowledge of skin care. She attends a yearly laser safety certification and keeps current on advanced laser techniques through Sciton’s educational platforms.
Lori’s favorite treatment to give and receive is a Halo and is excited to help patients feel more confident with healthy glowing skin. When not working, Lori likes to spend her time doing hot yoga or walking her 2 dogs, a pit bull rescue named Molly and Kiaser a German Shepard. She lives in Fairhope with her husband Reggie.
Lauren Schengber
Liscenced Esthetician
Lauren Schengber is a Licensed Esthetician and Licensed Cosmetologist. She’s worked in the beauty industry since 2013; conquering hair then moving on to skin care. Lauren attended Bay Style Cosmetology School, formerly known as ROCK Academy in the heart of downtown Fairhope. Lauren later attended Lurleen B Wallace Community College esthetics program and interned under Lori Carney here at Haley Dermatology. Lauren has a passion for learning and passing on knowledge to her patients. Lauren’s favorite treatments are dermaplaning and chemical peels, or both – called a Micropeel.
Lauren loves house plants, animals and the outdoors. She has over 100 house plants, a cat, and an aquarium. Lauren enjoys primitive camping and being near the water. Lauren lives in Fairhope with her boyfriend Andrew.
Samantha Hagen
Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician
Samantha has been a licensed Aesthetician since February 2016, and a laser technician since 2017. She has extensive experience and training with multiple laser platforms, facial devices, and skin care brands. Continuing education and researching new innovations in the field of aesthetics are very important to her. The emphasis she places on expanding her knowledge allows her to be a trustworthy and consistent provider for her patients. Samantha moved from Franklin, TN to Fairhope in 2020 with her son, Briggs. Her favorite things to do outside of work include family time, hiking, water activities, and exploring new places.
Avery Ryan
LICENSED ESTHETICIAN
Avery Ryan joins Haley Dermatology with over 6 years of experience in skincare and aesthetics. She graduated from the Skincare specialty program at Pensacola State College in 2017 and is licensed in both Alabama and Florida. Avery began her career in Pensacola, FL then moved to Birmingham, AL where she has maintained an exciting career working with top rated Cosmetic Physicians and Dermatologists. There she received extensive training in medical grade skincare, facial and laser procedures. Most recently, She has moved to Foley, Al to live closer to her family and is excited to bring her knowledge and passion for skincare to Haley Dermatology. Avery enjoys learning and researching the latest techniques and trends to effectively create a customized treatment plans to fit each patients concerns and achieve their goals. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends, attending church, spending time outdoors, and traveling. Her go-to skincare product is Revisions Intellishade Original, as it is an all in one product that treats signs of aging and protects the skin. Topping her list of favorite treatments and great for any occasion, is the Diamond Glow facial. Whether continuing your skin care journey or interested in beginning a new regimen, Avery is ready to partner with you for radiant, healthy skin.
Brandi Jackson
Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician
Brandi began her journey with esthetics in 2005 as a laser technician and medical assistant for a cosmetic surgery practice in Birmingham, AL. She has since evolved her carrier with Haley Dermatology by also focusing on facials, chemical peels and microneedling. Brandi is a Lake Martin native with degrees in business and clinical massage therapy. She relocated to the Eastern Shore in 2016 with her husband, Britt and stepson, Cayden. She enjoys being outdoors, cats and being a foodie. Brandi utilizes her knowledge of skincare and treatments to tailor a regimen specifically for her patients’ skin goals. Her personal favorite treatment is microneedling and her favorite product is SkinMedica TNS Advanced+ Serum.
